Let There Be Grunge

People say grunge is going out of style. I disagree. Grunge is forever, so says the Lord of Grunge, as this poster clearly indicates. Note sure if you can read the lower right hand corner print, but it says:

"And the Lord of Grunge said, "Grunge shall be." And it be, for it is written, "Grunge is more than just what band thy heareth or what clothes adorn thyself. Grunge is an attitude.

"Abandon this post-modern hippie bull jive. Leaveth on the side of they neighbor's road this retarded emo-goth nonsense. For these are inferior," sayeth the Lord of Grunge. "Let grunge ring through torn t-shirts, thrift-store jeans, Nirvana album art and Kurt Cobain."

And after this the Lord of Grunge rested. Grunge was born. And it was very, very good."

I created this poster out of my love for grunge based on a photo I took of my friend Paul, husband to Carolyn who modeled the jeans in my "Denimize Your World" poster. (Yup, sorry guys, the sexy legs are married.) Everything else in this poster was created digitally in Photoshop.
